Correct maintenance of oral hygiene

Teeth should be brushed after every meal, but once a day, it is necessary to devote a little more time to teeth and gum. It’s best to do it in the evening before going to bed. It is necessary to clean the teeth with dental floss as well. It is important that this part of the cleaning is done correctly (get a training in the dental office or find it in many brochures on mouth and tooth hygiene). After the flossing comes tooth brushing with a brush. The upper teeth are washed by downward movements of the brush and the lower teeth by upward movements. Brushing is followed by a water flosser (like Waterpik). Water flosser is a small appliance that draws pressurized water from a resector, through one tube. It is important that the water jet is directed at 90 degrees toward the gums. Gums are massaged this way, and the teeth and the space between them become impeccably clean.

In the end, the mouth is washed with one of the many mouthwash liquids.
