How to choose a toothbrush?
The first toothbrushes were brushes made from natural fibers, but turned out to be insufficiently good primarily because of inefficient cleansing the bacteria from the oral cavity. Today’s brushes are made of artificial fibers and have a better effect. Although the market is full of great choices, when choosing, you should pay attention to the appearance of the fiber, the hardness of the fiber, and the size of the brush head.
As for the appearance of fibers, the more effective ones have rounded tips, and the brush head should not be large (up to 3cm) in order to better clean all surfaces of the tooth. The hardness of the fibers should be selected individually, ie. depending on the teeth, but we must make sure that the fibers are not too firm, not to damage the tooth enemel.
When washing teeth, the brush is placed at an angle of 45 degrees and movements are directed from the gums to the tooth, and the tips of the teeth can be cleaned in all directions. Teeth should be washed for about 3 minutes in order to successfully clean all the dental surfaces.
